Campaign ID: 41185

Schwan’s™ features multiple options for submitting preorders and purchasing gift cards to participate in the fundraiser and support the organization. Please see below for ordering instructions.

Online order option:
Please make sure to have the campaign ID and product codes ready. You can visit www.schwans.com to see all products offered, but please make sure to place your order on the Schwan’s Fundraising website (web address below).

Go to www.schwansfundraising.com.
Click on “Place an Order Online” link for the online order option.
Enter the following information:
Campaign ID
Customer Name
3-digit code for the items you wish to order
An estimated order total will be provided
Click Submit
You will be directed to an order confirmation page with a summary of your order

Phone order option:
Please make sure to have event information and product codes ready.

Call 1-888-SCHWANS (724-9267).
Inform the customer service representative that you would like to place a preorder for a fundraiser. Please provide the campaign ID number and event information.
The representative will place the order for you and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Gift Card Orders:
Schwan’s offers a simple gift card ordering process with many options for your convenience.

Go online to www.schwans.com
Enter the campaign ID on the billing screen before submitting your order.
Click “Find” next to the campaign ID field to tie the purchase to the fundraiser.
Click Submit

Inform the customer service representative that you would like to place a gift card order to support a fundraiser. Please provide the campaign ID number.
Select the denomination(s) and amount you would like to purchase. Gift cards are available in $10 and $25 denominations.
Gift cards are mailed to the address of your choice, and will have a standard message thanking you for supporting the organization.
